Looking to return an ONDC HomeDirect order? Here's everything you need to know about HomeDirect's returns, refunds and replacement policies.

1. What can I return?
- Items listed on HomeDirect as returnable and within the return window.
- Products damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from description.
2. What are non-returnable items?
- Personal care products
- Perishable goods
- Digital content and software
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Customized or personalized items
3. How to return items?
- Go to Your Orders and select Return or Replace Items.
- Choose return reason and preferred return method.
- Schedule pickup or drop-off.
4. Where can I view status of return?
Check status via Your Orders, email notifications, or SMS updates.
5. How can I return a Gift?
- Return gifts without the original purchaser's account using gift receipts.
- Refunds may be issued as gift cards.
6. How can I return a Gift Card?
Gift cards are generally non-returnable unless unused and unopened (physical cards only).
7. Can my order be replaced?
Replacement is possible for damaged, defective, or wrong items if available with the same seller.
8. Can the replacement be delivered to a different address?
No, replacements cannot be shipped to a different address. You may return for refund and place a new order.
9. What can I do if I receive a wrong item?
Return or request replacement ensuring the item is in original condition and packaging.
10. How can I request a refund for shipping charges?
Standard shipping charges may not be refundable for replacement orders below ₹499.
11. Missing warranty card or user manual?
Invoice is sufficient to claim warranty for large appliances and home entertainment products.
