What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from Home Direct, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. For details of time frame for requesting returns please refer to our returns policy.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds back to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) are fully refunded within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. Refunds in form of cheques can take 10-12 business days to arrive via post. Refund in the form of Gift Cards can take 1 business day.
Does Home Direct do replacements?
Home Direct offers free replacement for FBA orders including Kindle. Follow the steps in the Return Center to request a replacement for your FBA order.
How do I return a gift without the sender knowing?
You can return a gift by entering the order number in the Gift Returns section. We'll issue your refund as a Home Direct Gift Card without notifying the original purchaser.
Can I track the status of my return?
Yes, once your return is processed, you can track the status from your order history under the "Your Orders" section or through the Returns Center.
